Allison Grace

Allison Grace is an experienced Chief Human Resources Officer with demonstrated success in private equity value creation. She has served as Chief Human Resources Officer for Discovery Education and EIG Global Energy Partners. She has extensive experience in private equity transactions and leadership roles within investment firms and their portfolio companies across industries including finance, energy, edtech, legal tech and professional services. 

As a consultant, Allison has built and led HR functions through multiple transactions including a real estate investment firm carveout from Wells Fargo and a legal tech carveout from Thomson Reuters.  She has served as Interim CHRO and HR Advisor for private equity and private credit firms and their portfolio companies, including TPG Capital, Monroe Capital, and Runway Growth Capital.  

Allison is an investor and Board Member for GoChallenge, an employee wellness and engagement tech platform.  Allison works with the leadership team to engage investors throughout the initial capital raise, and advises the leadership team on promoting, marketing and selling the product to organizations to improve employee wellness, engagement, collaboration and teamwork.

Allison's global experience spans across the US, Europe, Australia, Asia, and South America. Her expertise encompasses all facets of HR, including employee engagement, talent acquisition and development, diversity, succession planning, organizational development, benefits, compensation, and performance management. 

Allison is skilled in leading due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, integrating teams post-transaction, and developing HR infrastructure in startups and carve-outs. She is a trusted advisor to CEOs, having successfully recruited c-suite executives and independent board directors. 

Recognized as a Top 50 HR Professional by OnConferences in 2022, Allison holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science & International Relations from Binghamton University. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Compensation Management Specialist (CMS), and Global Remuneration Professional (GRP).
